Where our Snow Tea leans whisper-soft and wintry, South Pasture Black is the golden-hour cousin—fully oxidized, gently rolled, and slowly dried to coax out notes of caramel, dried fruit, and toasted pecan.

Each leaf is harvested by hand, processed in tiny batches on the farm, and tasted at every step. We’re not crafting commodity tea—we’re building a relationship with this land, one kettle at a time.

For a cozy, everyday cup:

Tea: 2–3 g per 8 oz water (approx. 1 tsp if CTC; weigh loose leaf for accuracy)
Water: Just before boil, 200–210°F (93–99°C)
Time:
- 3–4 minutes for smooth
- 5 minutes for bold

Delicious plain, with a splash of milk, or with a drizzle of Clemson Tea Farm raw honey.
